ข้าวแกงกะหรี่ไก่ญี่ปุ่น

เครื่องปรุง
ข้าวสวยญี่ปุ่น 3 ถ้วย
สะโพกไก่ น้ำหนัก 200 กรัม 2 ชิ้น
แครอท 1/2หัว
มันฝรั่ง 1/2หัว
หอมใหญ่ 1 หัว
มันฝรั่งต้มสุกบดละเอียด 1/2หัว
กระเทียม สับหยาบ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ้วญี่ปุ่น 1 ช้อนชา
ผงกะหรี่ 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำซุปปลาแห้ง 1 ถ้วย
น้ำ 1 ถ้วย
เนย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมันสำหรับทอด

วิธีทำ
1. ล้างสะโพกไก่ เลาะกระดูกและหนังออก หั่นเป็นชิ้นสี่เหลี่ยม
    ขนาด 2x2 ซม. พักให้สะเด็ดน้ำ
2. เคล้าเนื้อไก่กับเกลือ พริกไทย พอทั่ว หมักไว้ประมาณ 15 นาที
3. ล้างแครอท มันฝรั่ง ปอกเปลือก หั่นเป็นชิ้นสี่เหลี่ยมขนาด 2x2 ซม.
    ปอกเปลือกหอมใหญ่ ล้างน้ำ หั่นชิ้นสี่เหลี่ยมขนาด   2x2 ซม.
4. ใส่น้ำมันลงในกระทะ ตั้งไฟกลางพอร้อน ใส่เนื้อไก่ที่หมักใน
    ข้อ 2 ลงทอด พอตึงตัว ตักขึ้น ให้สะเด็ดน้ำมัน
5. ต้มแครอท มันฝรั่ง พอสุก ตักขึ้นให้สะเด็ดน้ำมัน
6. ผสมซีอิ้วญี่ปุ่น น้ำซุป น้ำ ตั้งไฟเคี่ยวประมาณ 10 นาที ใส่ผงกะหรี่
    ใส่หอมใหญ่ แครอทต้ม มันฝรั่งต้ม ไก่ทอด เคี่ยวสักครู่
7. ใส่เนยลงในกระทะ ตั้งไฟกลางพอเนยละลาย ใส่กระเทียมเจียวพอหอม
    ใส่ลงในหม้อไก่ คนให้เข้ากัน ใส่มันฝรั่งบด เคี่ยวพอน้ำมีลักษณะข้นเหนียว ปิดไฟ
8. วิธีจัดเสิร์ฟ ตักข้าวสวยใส่จาน ตกแต่งด้วยใบชิโซ ตักแกงกะหรี่วางข้างๆ

เป็นอาหารสามาญประจำร้านญี่ปุ่นเลยนั้น เพราะเวลาไปทานทีไรเห็นทีต้องสั่งตลอด บางร้านก็ทำไม่อร่อย บางร้านก็อร่อยดี แต่ทุกทีก็กินหมด55

แต่ก็แบบว่าแพงได้โล่เลยนะบางที่ขายจาน80 แกงกระหรี่ไก่เนี้ยะนะ พี่น้องงงงง!!
